Following are the setting for splitting kindly check these step are configurated in your system or not

1) Maintain Split Structure  (OKES)

2)  Assign Split Structure to Cost Center (OKEW)

3) Maintain Splitting (KSS2)

4) Price Calculation ( KSII)

Please try this step and check hope this will solve your issue
