Enhancement of MIRO when press enter

Hello all,

when I created Miro and go to PO reference tab , enter po no than Po net amount value is pick up and

I want to change  Po amount value  in Po Reference tab  at run time in Miro t-code.

which method i use in  back end to change value  .
